1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Ski Solutions Landscaping LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Services rendered on residential and commercial properties in Pennsylvania are subject to scheduled route conditions.
2. Property Access & Gate Clearance
Clients must ensure clear property access, unlocked back gates, and that pets are secured indoors on scheduled service days. Inaccessible yards may incur rescheduling fees.
3. Weather & Rain Rescheduling
In the event of heavy rainfall or adverse severe weather, outdoor service visits are automatically moved to the next available clear day without loss of route placement.
4. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Invoices for monthly maintenance or hardscape project phases are due upon receipt. Electronic bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards are accepted.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
All hardscape installations carry a 2-year structural workmanship guarantee. Living plant material is guaranteed for one growing season when watered per our provided care schedule.
6. Cancellation Policy
Maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Deposits on hardscape projects cover materials and scheduling and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
